How The System Works

Customer Process:
We have designed this system for even the most novice computer users to use. They will click on the order online link and go to the menu page. From the menu page they will be able to choose each item they want. If the item includes choices such as side items, sauces or any other choices, a secondary screen will give them the ability to easily make their specifications. Once they choose their item they will be directed back to the menu to choose more items or check out. Once they have selected the items they want, they click on process order and the order will be securely sent to the restaurant that they have specified.

 

Restaurant Admin:
This is a password protected secure part of the site that allows the restaurant administrator to login and create, modify, or delete items in the menu. This area is very user friendly and designed so even the most novice computer user can easily manage it. The admin can log in anytime to add daily specials or change prices. We can customize this area to meet your needs in any way. Once the menu is satisfactory the admin will click the button and the changes will immediately show on the menu.

 

Our system is set up to be simple to use for both the customer and the administrator and seamlessly integrate with your existing website. Your customers will join the system and be able to log in with a user name and password into a secure order section. Once here they can quickly and easily order what they want and process their order.

Once the customer has placed their order it can be sent to the restaurant via email or converted to fax. The process normally takes less than 60 seconds to arrive at the restaurant.

The restaurants can easily log into the administrator area and modify the menu or ad specials. We have built the system to be very simple and we offer 24 hour support.
